Evil Clowns Run Amok
The International Conspiracy of Evil Clowns took credit today for the October 1895 train wreck at the Montparnasse station in Paris, France.
Using the free FunDraw.com Art Studio, the insurgent clowns added their group's name and a claim of responsibility to a public domain photo of the incident.
"It was really easy," said an anonymous representative of the group. "I just registered, watched a few of their tutorial videos, and I was done in about 15 minutes.
