WHAT IS FUNDRAW EXCLUSIVE CLIPART?
FunDraw.com exclusive clipart is just that... exclusive. You can only get it here.
FunDraw.com paid talented artists and cartoonists around the world to draw hundreds of special clipart images just for our site and our users. We own the copyright to the art and allow our users to use it in designs for their personal use.
If you see someone offering FunDraw.com exclusive clipart for use as clipart, whether for sale or for free download, they STOLE it and we'd appreciate it if you report it. If you see someone using it without noting our copyright, that's technically stealing it and we'd appreciate it if you report it.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "PERSONAL USE"?
Basically it means simple, non-commercial use. If we see it on a billboard, on TV, in a magazine, for sale in a clipart collection, or being offered for download from a clipart site without our written permission we can sue you.
There are two ways you can get FunDraw.com exclusive clipart:
- In designs you create using the FunDraw.Com Art Studio
- As clipart for your personal site, MySpace page, etc. (when downloaded from our clipart library directly)
Exclusive clip art may be used for your web site, MySpace page, or other personal project. Our exclusive artworks may be printed on t-shirts, stickers, etc., but only for personal use or as gifts. You may not use them on items made for sale. If you want to make money off our art that was created because we paid for it, it's only fair you pay for it. Write our help address for licensing info.
Any public display of exclusive clip art must contain the following notice: "This design contains artwork that is © 2006-2008 FunDraw.Com." The notice must be in a typeface, size, and color as to be easily read. The notice must be printed on the same web page or objects where it is used.
